1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings in this document:

"Platform"

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be completely accurate and correct. 89bd reserves the right to close the account and confiscate the balance if false information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or when a certain limit is exceeded, 89bd may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for your account password and login credentials. 89bd strongly advises following these guidelines:

• Use a strong and unique password — one that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared computer.
• If you receive a login notification from an unrecognised device, change your password immediately and contact the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings portion is withdrawable after the bonus conditions have been met.
• 89bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household claim bonuses, all such bonuses may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Game Results

Results determined by the game software on the 89bd platform are final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 89bd will determine the outcome at its own discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports markets are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will be used as the final calculation. In the event of a dispute over a match result, data from the official statistics authority will be used.

6.3 Live Casino and Table Games

In live games, the dealer's decisions and the rules of the game are final. In the event of a disconnection, the outcome will be determined according to 89bd's records.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bd platform:

• Playing games using any kind of fraudulent software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
